Necessary 需要独特的DTF的,例如要和Pcomp一起使用
Non necessary 不太需要DTF的 对于dose不是很敏感(一般是超高剂量的)
No / Forbidden 禁止使用独特的DTF,只能用统一的DTF(大部分recipe被要求如此)
