Accelerator\uff09\u7cfb\u7edf\u4e2d\uff0c\u4e3a\u4e86\u4f7f\u524d\u4e00\u7ea7\u52a0\u901f\u540e\u7684\u79bb\u5b50\u80fd\u591f\u88ab\u540e\u4e00\u7ea7 Linac \u6709\u6548\u63a5\u53d7\u5e76\u7ee7\u7eed\u83b7\u5f97\u52a0\u901f\uff0c\u5de5\u7a0b\u4e0a\u901a\u5e38\u9700\u8981\u5bf9\u6bcf\u4e00\u7ea7 Linac \u7684 <strong>RF Phase<\/strong> \u548c <strong>Amplitude<\/strong> \u8fdb\u884c\u8c03\u8282\u3002 \u5b9e\u9645\u8c03\u8bd5\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\uff0c\u4e00\u4e2a\u5e38\u89c1\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\u662f\u6539\u53d8\u67d0\u4e00\u7ea7 Linac \u7684 Phase\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u589e\u52a0\u6216\u51cf\u5c11\u4e00\u4e2a\u5c0f\u7684\u6b65\u957f\uff0c\u7136\u540e\u89c2\u5bdf\u6700\u7ec8 Beam \u7684\u53d8\u5316\u3002 \u5982\u679c Beam \u589e\u5927\uff0c\u5219\u8ba4\u4e3a\u5f53\u524d\u8c03\u8282\u65b9\u5411\u662f\u6b63\u786e\u7684\uff0c\u5e76\u7ee7\u7eed\u5411\u8be5\u65b9\u5411\u4f18\u5316\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u8fd9\u79cd\u8c03\u8282\u65b9\u5f0f\u4ece\u601d\u60f3\u4e0a\u4e0e\u673a\u5668\u5b66\u4e60\u4e2d\u7684 <strong>Gradient-based Optimization<\/strong> \u4ee5\u53ca <strong>Backpropagation<\/strong> \u5b58\u5728\u660e\u663e\u7684\u76f8\u4f3c\u6027\uff1a\u7cfb\u7edf\u5e76\u4e0d\u76f4\u63a5\u6839\u636e\u67d0\u4e00\u7ea7 Linac \u7684\u5c40\u90e8\u72b6\u6001\u5224\u65ad\u53c2\u6570\u662f\u5426\u6700\u4f18\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u901a\u8fc7\u6700\u7ec8 Output \u7684\u53d8\u5316\u53cd\u5411\u5224\u65ad\u524d\u7ea7\u53c2\u6570\u7684\u8c03\u6574\u65b9\u5411\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u771f\u5b9e Linac \u7cfb\u7edf\u901a\u5e38\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u590d\u6742\u7684\u7269\u7406\u9ed1\u76d2\u7cfb\u7edf\uff0c\u5de5\u7a0b\u5e08\u65e0\u6cd5\u76f4\u63a5\u83b7\u5f97\u5b8c\u6574\u7684\u89e3\u6790\u68af\u5ea6\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u8fd9\u79cd\u5b9e\u9645\u8c03\u8282\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e25\u683c\u6765\u8bf4\u5e76\u4e0d\u662f Neural Network \u4e2d\u7684 Backpropagation\u3002 \u5b83\u66f4\u63a5\u8fd1\u4e8e <strong>Black-box Optimization\u3001Finite Difference Gradient Estimation\u3001Hill Climbing<\/strong> \u548c <strong>Coordinate Descent<\/strong> \u7b49\u4f18\u5316\u65b9\u6cd5\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u672c\u6587\u5c1d\u8bd5\u5efa\u7acb\u4e00\u4e2a\u7b80\u5316\u7684\u6570\u5b66\u6a21\u578b\uff0c\u5c06\u591a\u7ea7 Linac \u4e0e Neural Network \u7684 Layer-by-Layer \u7ed3\u6784\u8fdb\u884c\u7c7b\u6bd4\uff0c\u5e76\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u8ba8\u8bba\u8fd9\u79cd\u7c7b\u6bd4\u662f\u5426\u80fd\u591f\u7528\u4e8e\u6784\u5efa\u81ea\u52a8\u5316 Linac Tuning \u7b97\u6cd5\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. \u591a\u7ea7 Linac \u7cfb\u7edf\u7684\u57fa\u672c\u6a21\u578b<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5047\u8bbe\u7cfb\u7edf\u7531 <strong>n \u4e2a Linac<\/strong> \u4e32\u8054\u7ec4\u6210\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"EnlighterJSRAW\" class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Beam<sub>i<\/sub><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u8be5\u72b6\u6001\u7ecf\u8fc7\u7b2c i \u4e2a Linac \u540e\u5f62\u6210\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Beam<sub>i+1<\/sub> = f<sub>i<\/sub>(Beam<sub>i<\/sub>, \u03c6<sub>i<\/sub>, A<sub>i<\/sub>)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5176\u4e2d\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Beam<sub>i<\/sub><\/strong>\uff1a\u8fdb\u5165\u7b2c i \u4e2a Linac \u7684 Beam \u72b6\u6001\uff1b<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u03c6<sub>i<\/sub><\/strong>\uff1a\u7b2c i \u4e2a Linac \u7684 RF Phase\uff1b<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>A<sub>i<\/sub><\/strong>\uff1a\u7b2c i \u4e2a Linac \u7684 RF Amplitude\uff1b<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>f<sub>i<\/sub><\/strong>\uff1a\u7b2c i \u4e2a Linac \u5bf9 Beam \u7684\u5b9e\u9645\u7269\u7406\u4f5c\u7528\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u8fd9\u91cc\u7684\u4e00\u4e2a\u91cd\u8981\u7279\u70b9\u662f\uff1a <strong>Beam<sub>i<\/sub> \u5728\u771f\u5b9e\u7cfb\u7edf\u4e2d\u901a\u5e38\u53ef\u4ee5\u901a\u8fc7 diagnostics \u6d4b\u91cf\u5f97\u5230\uff0c\u800c f<sub>i<\/sub> \u672c\u8eab\u53ef\u80fd\u975e\u5e38\u590d\u6742\uff0c\u751a\u81f3\u96be\u4ee5\u5efa\u7acb\u5b8c\u6574\u7684\u89e3\u6790\u6a21\u578b\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Phase \u4e0e Amplitude \u5bf9 Energy Gain \u7684\u5f71\u54cd<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5728\u4e00\u4e2a\u7b80\u5316\u7684 RF acceleration \u6a21\u578b\u4e2d\uff0c\u7b2c i \u4e2a Linac \u5bf9\u79bb\u5b50\u7684\u80fd\u91cf\u589e\u76ca\u53ef\u4ee5\u8868\u793a\u4e3a\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u0394E<sub>i<\/sub> \u221d A<sub>i<\/sub> sin(\u03c6<sub>i<\/sub>)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u8fd9\u91cc\u91c7\u7528\u7684\u662f\u4ee5\u7279\u5b9a RF phase convention \u5b9a\u4e49\u7684\u8868\u8fbe\u5f62\u5f0f\u3002 \u5982\u679c\u7cfb\u7edf\u5c06\u6700\u5927 accelerating field \u5b9a\u4e49\u5728 \u03c6 = 0\u00b0\uff0c\u5219\u540c\u6837\u7684\u5173\u7cfb\u53ef\u80fd\u5199\u6210 cos(\u03c6) \u7684\u5f62\u5f0f\u3002 \u56e0\u6b64\u5b9e\u9645\u5de5\u7a0b\u4e2d\u5fc5\u987b\u9996\u5148\u660e\u786e Phase Reference\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5728\u7b80\u5316\u6a21\u578b\u4e0b\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>E<sub>i+1<\/sub> = E<sub>i<\/sub> + k<sub>i<\/sub>A<sub>i<\/sub>sin(\u03c6<sub>i<\/sub>)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5176\u4e2d k<sub>i<\/sub> \u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u7efc\u5408\u7cfb\u6570\uff0c\u7528\u4e8e\u63cf\u8ff0 RF structure\u3001effective length\u3001transit-time factor\u3001particle charge \u7b49\u56e0\u7d20\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u56e0\u6b64\u9700\u8981\u7279\u522b\u533a\u5206\u4e24\u4e2a\u6982\u5ff5\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Energy Gain<\/strong> \u53ef\u4ee5\u5728\u7b80\u5316\u6761\u4ef6\u4e0b\u8fd1\u4f3c\u4e0e A sin(\u03c6) \u6210\u6b63\u6bd4\uff1b<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Beam Count \/ Transmission<\/strong> \u5e76\u4e0d\u7b80\u5355\u7b49\u4e8e A sin(\u03c6)\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u6700\u7ec8 Beam \u6570\u91cf\u8fd8\u53d7\u5230 phase-space\u3001acceptance\u3001capture\u3001energy distribution\u3001transmission \u7b49\u56e0\u7d20\u5f71\u54cd\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. \u4e3a\u4ec0\u4e48 Beam<sub>i<\/sub> \u7684\u6d4b\u91cf\u975e\u5e38\u91cd\u8981<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5728\u771f\u5b9e accelerator \u4e2d\uff0c\u8fdb\u5165\u67d0\u4e00\u7ea7 Linac \u7684 Beam \u5e76\u4e0d\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u7b80\u5355\u7684\u6807\u91cf\u3002 \u5b83\u53ef\u80fd\u5305\u542b\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Particle \u540e\u5f62\u6210\u7684\u65b0\u72b6\u6001\u3002 \u8fd9\u4f7f\u6574\u4e2a\u7cfb\u7edf\u5177\u6709\u660e\u663e\u7684\u4e32\u8054\u7ed3\u6784\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. \u4e00\u4e2a\u5b9e\u9645\u7684 Phase Tuning \u5b9e\u9a8c<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5047\u8bbe\u76ee\u524d\u6b63\u5728\u8c03\u8282\u7b2c\u4e09\u4e2a Linac\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre
